What we do

Three kinds of work, all for local service businesses. Every job is scoped and priced in writing before it starts, and monthly services are month-to-month.

Websites & Booking

Who it’s for: shops with an old website, no website, or a site that can’t take a booking — where the phone is still the only way to get a job.

What’s included: a clear, fast website built around how customers actually choose a shop — your services in plain words, your prices where you want them public, a contact form that reaches you right away, and online booking so customers can pick a time without calling. Written for phones first, since that’s where most customers find you. When it’s done, you get the site, the logins, and a short handover note — it’s yours.

What it costs: website + booking builds start at $249, one-time. The exact price depends on page count and whether you need online payments, and you get it in writing before work starts.

Useful add-on: the Website FAQ & Lead Capture Agent ($49 flat) answers visitor questions on the new site from your own prices and hours.

Never Miss a Lead

Who it’s for: shops that lose jobs to silence — calls that ring out on a job, website forms answered the next morning, inquiries that land after closing and wait until Monday.

What’s included: pick the channel that costs you more jobs to start — missed calls or website forms. Every one gets a reply in under a minute, in your business’s name. The customer’s details and the whole conversation land on your phone, so you take over when you’re free. If a message ever fails to send, you’re told. Once a month you get a one-page report: how many people reached out, how fast each was answered, and what came of it.

What it costs: $199 to set up, then $99 a month. First month total: $298. Month-to-month.

Why speed matters: in a 2021 study of 5.7 million leads, conversion was 8× higher when the first call came within 5 minutes (XANT, 2021). An audit of 2,241 companies found the average reply to a web lead took 42 hours — and 23% never replied at all (Harvard Business Review, 2011). Read both honestly: they’re older studies of sales leads, not Austin home services, and most measured phone calls. Every one of them points the same way: the shop that answers first does better.

Custom AI Tools for Shops

Who it’s for: shops buried in repeat questions and messages, or losing callers to voicemail — that need help answering, not a bigger platform.

Website FAQ & Lead Capture Agent

$49 flat

A chat box on your website that answers questions from your own prices, hours, and services — and takes a name and number when it can’t, so a visitor becomes a lead instead of leaving. Website only.

AI Chatbot

$149 setup + $49/month

For the same questions arriving in more places: chat on Facebook, Google, and your website, answering from your own information and handing real jobs to you. If you only need chat on your website, the $49 FAQ Agent above is the right tool — this one is for more places than your website.

AI Phone Receptionist

$399 setup + $199/month

A voice that answers your calls when you can’t: it answers basic questions, books the job, or takes a message. It does not dispatch your crews. Different from Never-Miss-a-Lead, which follows up by text after a missed call — this one answers the call live.

What it costs: Prices are per product, above. Each is scoped in writing; monthly ones are month-to-month.

Not sure which one fits?

That’s normal — most shops aren’t. Email us your trade and where inquiries get lost, and you’ll get a straight recommendation, including if the honest answer is the $49 tool or nothing at all.
