Privacy Policy
What we collect, what we do with it, and what we never do. Short version: we take in the information our tools need to answer your customers, we use it for that and nothing else, and we don't sell it. Last updated October 14, 2026.
Information from businesses that buy from us
When you fill in a setup form, we get your name, your business name, your email, your phone number, your business hours, your services and prices, and where you want lead alerts sent. We use it to build and run your product, and to reach you about it.
When you pay, Stripe processes the payment. Stripe collects your card details directly. We receive confirmation that you paid, never your full card number.
Information from your customers
Our tools answer people on your behalf, so they keep records of that work. A chat tool saves the conversation. The phone receptionist keeps a record of each call and what was booked. When a visitor asks to be contacted, the tool saves the name and the number or email they give it.
Those logs belong to your business. You can read them in your admin at any time, and export them for 30 days after you cancel.
We don't use your customers' information for our own marketing. We never contact them on our own behalf. The tools reach a customer only in the moment they're dealing with your business: a text back to someone who just called you, a reply inside a chat they started.
We don't train models on your business data, and we don't train them on your customers' conversations.
Information from visitors to this site
This site doesn't run advertising trackers, and we don't build profiles of the people who visit it.
If you email us, we keep your address and your message so we can reply and keep track of the conversation.
Who else handles the information
Running the tools takes a few outside services: Stripe for payments, the phone carriers for calls and texts, and AI providers that process a question so the tool can answer it. Each of them gets the information needed to do its part, and nothing beyond that.
We don't sell personal information. We don't rent it, trade it, or share it with advertisers.
Your choices
Email northbeambuilds@gmail.com to see, correct, or delete information we hold about you. If the information sits in one of our customers' logs (say, a chat you had with a business that uses our chat box), write to us anyway and we'll coordinate with that business to sort it out.
On security, honestly: we limit access to customer information to the work of running the service. No system is perfectly secure. If we ever learn of a breach that affects your information, we'll tell you.
Changes and contact
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll update this page and email current customers before the change takes effect.
